DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
No, you can simply check out as a guest and if you decide to create an account at the end of your purchase then you have the option to add in a password, which opens your account. We suggest creating an account so that you can track your orders and also manage your store credit.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
Moje Store offers FREE shipping within Australia for orders over $200. For shipping of all orders under $200 within Australia, Moje Store charges a flat rate of $10 for standard post and $15 for express.
International Shipping will be available soon.
DO YOU HAVE A DISCOUNT FOR FIRST PURCHASES?
Yes, you can use code WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% OFF your first purchase.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order with your tracking details that will be delivered via email.
Alternatively, if you have any issues and need assistance with the tracking you can email customer care on email@example.com.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE WHERE I CAN PICK UP MY ORDER?
We have click & collect available at our warehouse located at Smeaton Grange, NSW.
Available Wednesday and Fridays between 11am - 1pm.
CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you wish to change or amend your order after it has been placed please contact our customer care by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, Monday- Friday from 9am to 5:30pm (AEST) and we will endeavour to fulfil your request if your order has not already been dispatched.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM ON SALE?
Items on sale can not be returned. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
AM I ABLE TO RETURN ON PURCHASES USING THE 10% OFF WELCOME CODE?
Yes. The usual Returns policy applies.
WHAT IF AN ITEM I WANTED IS NOW OUT OF STOCK?
